Brand spaking new jazz bar has grown an enthusiastic and cool, if slightly older Baby Boomer-types, following shortly after opening. The formula: warm low-lit atmo, impressive wine selection, smiling staff and a talented rotation of Bay Area jazz and blues musicians. Even if jazz isn't your thing, they find some very genuinely good performers - kinda wins you over. Especially after a bottle of Napa merlot. Food is totally decent, too, especially the tapas plates and filet mignon with Point Reyes blue cheese.
