It's no small feat for a new steakhouse to elbow its way into a city that is perhaps more serious about its beef than any other, but that's why Mastro's has taken so long to migrate here from its West Coast roots. It's also why Mastro's isn't effing around: The lavish and stately dining room sets the stage for perfectly aged bone-in filets, towers of seafood, lobster mashed potatoes and dramatic dry-ice martinis. Oh, and we almost left out the sultry singer behind the baby grand. Just make sure you check your credit limit before you order.
