This is where the Japanese go to eat sushi in Miami. Easy on the wallet and, despite some of the Americanized names on the menu, it’s as authentic as it gets in these parts. (Perhaps that’s why there is practically a throw down for reservations among regulars on weeknights.) Go to the Matsuri’s New World section of the menu and order the Mr. Bush’s 3:00 P.M. immediately. It’s mildly hilarious and absolutely scrumptious. We swear.
