Closed-door dinners just keep popping up left and right. The latest culinary carpetbagger in the game: young British/Dutch chef Max, who has teamed up with the mostly-expat crew behind Juanele to put an all-new angle on dinner with strangers: art! This means one painter/photographer/whatnot provides the inspiration (and the decor) for each dinner. So far, themes have ranged from children's food to horror. Each is done in five courses, paired with wines, and hosted at a grand table in the center of the Juanele offices.
