You'll not find much to look at in the dining room at the historic old Vanderbilt house (unless portly middle-management types are your thing) but standard steakhouse fare comes proper. You might not want to indulge the chef when he gets cute though (48 oz porterhouse for two, yes; Hong Kong pork chop, no). True hook here is that all the meat is natural (no antibiotics, steroids or growth hormones), which will really impress the guys next door at the cigar bar.
