A chef couple decided to ditch the restaurant idea in favor of making home cooking easier for meat-loving folks on the Eastside. There will be fish snagged straight from sushi markets, house-made cured meats, and roasts all ready to go. There may be classes of sorts offered as well. Don't expect a sandwich on the go though, this is all meant to be heated up or prepared at home.
