Especially when they're cooked up by serious chefs (SPQR and Le Bernardin are on the résumé here.) All meat ground in-house, enjoy your patties in sliders, heroes, or naked as they day they were born. Also ice cream sandwiches and fresh-milled polenta. Comfort food is the new black.
