In the historic La Valencia Hotel, vibe is yesteryear sophistication, and cuisine is contemporary tapas-style share-worthy plates. Grilled peaches cuddle with burrata, Dungeness crab gets corny in fritters, and tuna goes crudo with shaved fennel and grapefruit. Seafood-loaded signature La Valencia paella (made à la Spanish tradition) with key ingredients prepared in seven separate pans (be glad you're not the dishwasher). Infinite ocean views from dining room and terrace, live latin music most nights on the patio, especially Fridays, when salsa brings out the dancers.
