The ridiculously popular Meeting House lives up to its name. It’s fairly new to the Amagansett strip and brings a slick touch to a sleepy square, offering some haute pub grub (mac and cheese or meatloaf) in a sophisticated and dark environ with brass lamps and a high barn-like ceiling. The noisy crowd isn’t quite as unbearable as it might be, perhaps owing to the size of the space, but the drinks are quality, and the people pretty.
