For a lot of people, the idea of eating at a Chinese/Vietnamese bakery seems way out there. Those people don't know what the hell they're talking about. Advocates of this Chinatown favorite would eat here for breakfast lunch and dinner every day if they could. Old timers sitting at mismatched tables look like they haven't left in years. Pastries and cakes here rival any other in the area, but let's face it, you're coming for the meat. Steamed pork buns, banh mi and any type of meat you can load up with spices and fit in a bun. Don't skimp on the sriracha either.
