Going all-inclusive doesn't mean you have to sacrifice elan or your closely guarded eclat. This premier destination appears to have it all; the water sports, the desert garden, the gorgeous coastal location, the techno by the beach, a championship golf course designed by a pro, a lagoon spa and grade-A spa treatments, plus very sexy, spacious rooms hanging over the sea, balcony curtains fluttering in the mellow wind. But it's at Nikki Beach that we do our damndest, rejecting Downtown's Senor Frog culture for Colombian models and breakneck DJs while we imbibe more than just the worm. This chic and exclusive club under the stars is perfect after fresh, grilled seafood among the gardens at La Terraza.
