If the bellhop told you that Woodrow Wilson stayed here whenever he was in town, you'd believe him. You know the deal. Frescoed ceilings, molded columns, curtains made from the finest of fabrics, linens are high on thread counts, marble in the bathrooms. The Library Bar is reason enough to stay, with a martini list that tops 100. Built in 1924, opened as a hotel in '82, and named an historical landmark the following year, presumably giving the Landmark Restaurant its name. Notables have weddings here, while non-notables can hang in the ornate lobby.
