Southern-style BBQ for northern crackers. Brisket, ribs, pulled pork, tri-tip, sausages and other artery-clogging delights served cafeteria-style in a cheesy Hard Rock Café-like setting. Clear plastic table coverings, giant squirt bottle sauces and paper towel rolls at arm’s reach allow for caveman-style manners. Wouldn’t fool a real southerner, but locals don’t know better. Take it or leave it, cuz it’s a long drive to Oakland for better barbecue.
