Menton

Editorial Review

There are lots of nice restaurants in Boston, but not many where you feel like you actually have to dress up to walk in the door. That's the idea here. The ubiquitous Barbara Lynch continues to expand her culinary empire with Menton (that's Men-TON, Frenchie). High end prix-fix concept is ambitious - options include a four course tasting for $95 or seven courses for $145 - but if anyone can pull it off it's Lynch and her loyal following of foodies. Menu has a French and Mediterranean focus. Menton's presence brings Fort Point even closer to becoming the hot neighborhood it's supposed to be.
