"Little market" serves up haute southern Mexican fare in formerly shady surroundings. In warm weather, hit the courtyard and forget you're in the East Village—if you hadn't accomplished that already by, you know, just walking down the street. Ceviches and baked bluepoint oysters, but you're really here for the kee of beer-battered tilapia tacos. Get a Patron snifter, a little cacti to the side, and lean back 'til mañana.
