This new, intimate tapas resto on Capitol Hill is meant for Ocho fans who don't want to schlep to Ballard. Imagine pulled pork sandwiches and omelletes plated on macrina bread, all for around $8-12. Deco is a bit schizophrenic (is it trying to be Victrola or Urban Outfitters?) but the music is hoppin, and half of gay Seattle was there last week daintily biting down on their own microscopic portions. After dinner, you're in prime dessert territory. Will it be Molly, Royale, or frozen custard for you?
