Those looking for the old-school Italian of the classic Upper East Side Mezzaluna are in luck this summer, with the arrival of its Hamptons incarnation in the former Gordon's space. Interior's all comforting earth tones, with riverbottom-recovered-cypress-board walls in the open space with seating for 75-plus outdoor seating. It's sort of like your old red-sauce slurping uncle became a country gentleman.
