At his sleek new Upper East Side salon--curiously adorned with 200 Norfin Troll dolls--he offers a full array of coiffure services and all-organic products for both sexes, including something intriguingly identified as Moroccan Oil Masque. Best of all the price of a haircut may include a little swoon or two, as Fredo randomly takes to the in-house piano and croons out romantic classics.
