This is the new neighborhood spot of choice, the one that's been winning all the raves this year. Owner/Chef Michael Schwartz has guided some of the Toniest kitchens in town, and his own place—classy, but a lot more down-to-earth—is another achievement, with damn near everything from gourmet falafel appetizers to duck confit to giant prawns to wood-roasted Berskhire pork to fresh wood-roasted snapper coming up a winner. Red-hued decor and piped-in jazz make the ambience all in all a killer.
