There's a culinary-and-cocktails situation taking place on 6th Street right now, hidden behind the sometimes intense street scene. Cole's, Nickel Diner, Varnish...and Mignon. Sample esoteric sips, like Croatian wine, and cheeses with snob appeal. Not that this place is snobby, mind you. They know what neighborhood they're in. It's a tiny place (mignon, get it?), so keep your elbows in when chowing on crostini.
