Brewing tea, espresso drinks, single-cup Clover coffee and lush drinking chocolate, Mink’s other draw is their whimsically-named handmade chocolate bars (and selected bonbon-sized versions) in chic iPhone-sized designer packaging. Scads of gourmet ganaches, plus seasonal flavors like eggnog and easter crème. Saltysweet faves include The Sporting Life, featuring chocolate stout and pretzels, and top-selling Mermaid’s Choice, combining burnt caramel, fleur de sel and rosemary. Balance breakfast with waffles, biscotti or yogurt parfaits, but don’t miss the chocolate-dipped citrus peels.
