One of the most coveted, discussed and blogged about brunches in the city and a very tough midday weekend table, deservedly so. With a super clean and smart corner space at the crossroads of the Mission and Hayes Valley, and menu items like a souffle pancakes with peach, berries and vanilla crème - it's not hard to see why. All produce comes from area farmer's markets, all meats raised sustainably.
