Not a restaurant with a fixed address but an ongoing experiment in creative cooking led by husband-and-wife team Anthony Myint and Karen Leibowitz, recently serving out of Chinese restaurant Lung Shan on Thursday nights. Each week has a different theme and guest chefs, creating dishes like a “PB & J” (Kurobota pork belly, jicama on flat bread sandwich).
