French prodigy Alain Ducasse creates a palace on the 63rd floor of a golden high-rise, complete with grandoise white staircase and hand-blown chandelier made of 15,000 glass spheres. Along with the open-air patio and jaw-dropping views, the bourgeoisie-inspired menu presents tongue-twisting French fare for a first-class, penthouse-suite crowd.
