There's really a difference between fusion food and confused food. At Mockingbird Bistro, there's nothing confusing about it. The cuisine is a perfect marriage of French and American cuisine. Whether it's the tasting menu or a la carte, you won't be disappointed with the wide spread of beefs (kobe, carpaccio) and desserts. A meal here is no joking matter.
