Self-consciously style-conscious bi-level lounge with hefty doormen, $20 cover charge, and flat screens showing fashion show footage. Moda, get it? With its low-slung black couches, outlying booths, and a lot of black-clad staff busily flitting around, you can't help wondering if this is Kenneth Cole or if you might actually get a drink in here. Its heyday is long behind it, so get ready for drunk suburban girls in white pants and a whole lotta assholes.
