Enticingly local and cheap, and certainly meets our standards. Artsy décor nothing to write home about, but upstairs loft is arranged agreeably with Tavolini. Show face on Wednesdays. More crowded than a Manila market at rush hour. By the grace of god, with nice weather, eye-catching locals migrate outside into the park. Even so, quality drinks, recognizably tasteful rock tunes, and feeling like you belong must constitute something.
