Enticingly local and cheap, and certainly meets our standards. Artsy décor nothing to write home about, but the upstairs loft is arranged agreeably. Show face on Wednesdays. More crowded than a Manila market at rush hour. By the grace of god-- with nice weather-- eye-catching locals migrate outside into the park. Even so, quality drinks, recognizably tasteful rock tunes, and feeling like you belong must constitute something.
