Momofuku Noodle Bar

Editorial Review

Platonic ideal of what you spent all those semesters living off of. Taut ramen noodles with thick, fatty pork, in addictive broth. Steamed pork buns NYC’s greatest slider. New larger space decked in blond wood, feels like the inside of somebody’s cool balsa architecture project. Classic rock soundtrack, communal dining gets a little raucous. Big picture of The Band up front, because you know Levon loves his bibim gooksu.
