Strasbourg star chef Antoine Westermann tapped Antony Clémont, his old second at Buerehiesel, to head up this progressive Alsatian bistro on Ile St-Louis. Modernized high-ceilinged, half-timbered space reflects the updated, non-trad menu. Seasonal mains consistently impress, especially the veggies.
