Upstairs, 270 “Sleeping Chambers” decked with pristine white beds, chrome desks, floor-to-ceiling windows. Hallways' rose-vine carpeting and mirrors recall the theme. Elaborate indoor-outdoor restaurant serves up seafood from Sam Talbot.
