The once sub-par center tower of a has-been condo complex has been gutted and given a complete facelift. Design genius Marcel Wanders created every chic black-and-white room; the signature lofty, all-white space and elaborate black spiral staircase is even prettier in person; huge spa; bayside cabana curtains are made of living foliage.
