Neighborhood pizza parlor packs in rabid fans converted across the East River. Quality is the watchword, Neapolitan pies topped with first-rate mozzarella di bufala, smattering of toppings. Marinara, margherita, filetti come simple and stellar. Only a handful of tables beneath that shiny tin ceiling, so be prepared for waits. Or take it to go, by the box or "a libretto" for sidewalk munching. Artichoke, it's on.
