Chef brings experience from Florence and San Domenico to city lacking in authentic Italian. Louisville's sole mozzarella bar serves four types of the good stuff (all using milk from an area farm) with antipasto at 34-foot white marble community table. Sorry Papa John, Neapolitan pizzas here actually do build a better pizza with better ingredients. White-tablecloth enoteca serves regional cuisines from Emilia-Romagna, Naples, Rome, and Tuscany accompanied by light, if loud, jazz. Verify charges if ordering take out though: prices have jumped but menu hasn't been updated online.
