Chicago is littered with Irish pubs, some authentic but most as artificial as a shamrock shake. Mulligan's falls in the second category, offering everything plastic and disingenuous about Chicago's faux Irish pubs rolled into one. Irish beer pulls, empty Jameson bottles and dartboards are on display like a freshman's dorm room. They do offer about 30 varieties of Irish whiskey, so drink up and try not to be distracted by the 12 TVs.
