Synonymous with New York cheese. Been around since the ‘40s, although only recently stepped up to digs big enough to exhale in. Completes aging in caves in the basement, ensuring cheese is sold at exactly the right time. Specializes in artisanal, but carries pretty much everything, spanning New York State to Italy, France, Portugal, and beyond. Big refrigerated section, deli meats, tasty to-go bites like salad, quiche, and sandwiches. Just don't be calling it gourmet.
