The Hamptons » Bar » Sag Harbor » Lounge
Chef/owner Matthew Guiffrida's eclectic aqua lounge and restaurant hits Main Street, signature fish tank and all. New to this location is the addition of a patio space, live music, and late night bar menu, no doubt geared to get Guiffrida's "traditional with a twist" creations into the mouths of Sag Harbor's poppin' afterhours partiers. Standouts are the Tuna "Ménage A Trois" with ahi tuna tartare, blackend tuna lollipop, and hot stone-seared tuna carpaccio, and NY strip with Tuscan white beans, tator tot hash and tawny port demi glace. Finish up with one of their aptly named "Happy Endings" (creative desserts like zeppole served in a paper bag). Weekend brunch is available to quell queasy stomachs, and for the locals, a year-round build your own prix fixe.
