Park City New American nothing new, nothing innovative, but gets the job done like your typical New American resto should. Asian-esque decor goes with kinda-Asian-esque plates, if only because the best things on the menu are dumplings and a Chilean Sea Bass. Service can be a little spotty, but place is typically jam-packed with locals, anyway.
