The cube has staked its claim to a spot in the Old Port for the summer where everyday the flaps open, stainless steel seats screw into the red shiny floor and heaps of lobster from Îles-de-la-Madeleine, clam chowder and seafood pizza are feasted upon, as long as the weather cooperates. Rain be damned! Open air dining only, powered mainly by solar energy, this modern marvel of a canteen puts street meat to shame.
