Naha

Editorial Review

Naha's interior is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows with an opulent, lived-in lounge area. The variety of appetizers alone is so creatively concocted that you'll laugh with glee even as your salivary glands start pumping like there's a fire that needs putting out. Try chef/owner Carrie Nahabedian's tartare of Hawaiian yellowfin tuna, cured king salmon and Door County golden whitefish caviar with a mosaic of vegetables, nicoise garnishes and aigrelette sauce.
