Fusing Spanish and Japanese cuisines, Nasu Blanca creates a unique environment in the staid local restaurant landscape. On paper it may seem an odd combination, however, in action it plays out far better than one might expect. Making the most of limited space within the rowhouse cum restaurant, Nasu uses the natural exposed surfaces to create an ambiance that transcends the physical limitations of the space. Kinda pricey, but worth the loot.
