Could be roots: they've been in business since 1907. Could be because they dependably keep a decent stock of high-end, best-of-the-best clothing and shoes for women, men, and (really, really spoiled) children, along with an insanely large cosmetics counter for the beauty junkie in all of us. Or, it could be because of that nickname they've earned for their sometimes ridiculously pricy goods ("Needless Markup"). What can you say? Sometimes, people like to spend. With a selection like this, can't blame 'em.
