NeMesis Urban Bistro

Editorial Review

Ex Top Chef  contestant Micah Edelstein's latest offering to the Miami dining scene features, says Edelstein, "A small set menu with daily specials based on the whims of the kitchen and the cravings of the guests." Among those whims: Purple Peruvian Pinoli Pancakes with housemade apple chicken sage sausage, hibiscus syrup, and maple granules; and ostrich carpaccio. And don't tell Edelstein her funky little off the beaten path bistro's biggest downfall is its name---when Miami New Times reviewer Lee Klein did, she banned him from the restaurant. So now who's the nemesis?
