Groups meet up here before embarking on nightly agendas only to realize they've gone and drunk themselves destitute. Again. Velvet touches tighten their grasp, demanding yet another Moscow Mule (Vodka, cucumber slices, ginger and lemon juice). Handsome neo-deco décor spread across two rooms conjoined by main event bar romances hours away without the slightest regret until the cash runs out.
