Can’t actually buy any at this Amsterdam, but if you’ve already scored, this boozeless, smoke-friendly café is twist and burn central for weederati, especially after 4:20 (tobacco-mix tokers separate). Garfunkels and G-Unit-types fortify with juices, smoothies, Red Bull, espresso drinks and teas, power up with burgers, poutine, vegetarian wraps and group munchies, or dip in their sweet stash of pastries and Nanaimo Bars. Dizzying collection of glass, paraphernalia and merch, and plenty of hackable wi-fi for stone chillin’ Version 3.0.
