We can't claim an abundance of fresh locally sourced seafood in Chicago–though rumor has it that carp is the next big thing–so the sound of a restaurant serving New England's finest flown in daily is an easy sell this side of Lake Michigan. Owned by Boston-native brothers who started off in the wholesale game, the Roscoe Village spot had us at lobster rolls and continued the seduction with fried clams, chowder and steamers.
