Slip into Leo and Kate's roles in the Titanic. Bermudaian institution resembles nothing more than the grand dining room aboard the Titanic. Probs the most formal restaurant on the island, be prepared for all the trimmings: brass and mahogany interiors, sparkling crystal, too many silver knifes and forks, and those pretentious silver domes they use to confuse people. Chef Shaker Estephane has managed to keep Bermuda's first AAA Five Diamond award and his caribbean inspired cuisine deserves it. Jackets are required, and make the effort guys and put on a tie too.
