Is Damien Hirst a silent partner? Spilchal's chop shop features two glass-walled aging chambers where patrons select their own steaks. Buffalo rib-eye, awesome prime rib, and wild boar chops justify the brutal death of these stupid, confused creatures. Pre-Disney Hall concert it's crammed with some of the city's finest...labels, that is. Tableside Caesar makes us cry, "faster, faster!" Guy in Perry Ellis snorts our way.
