Nick & Toni's

Editorial Review

The most sought-after seat in the Hamptons, this East End version of “Spago” attracts celebrities in droves (your basic Jack, Brad, Gwyneth). Central to three Mediterranean-style dining rooms is a wood-burning oven covered in mosaic tile depicting the famous N&T dogs. But it’s not just scenery: wood-burning specialties include pizza and whole fish, while fresh produce from their garden stars in inventive pastas and seasonal dishes. Come summertime, this coveted patio becomes a gossip columnist’s fantasy.
