Rich and fancy back when isn’t that different from rich and fancy today. This renowned restaurant in an old Beacon Hill town house has seen its share of both come and go over the years. Boston favorite Lydia Shire’s French and Italian inspired dishes are the type people want to talk about having to anyone who’ll listen after they’ve been. A little too much. Ridiculous wine list, elegant service and all the other bullshit you expect from one of the best restaurants in the city. Old style barman is top notch as well.
