Downtown's Little Tokyo has its own mini-scene happening, a lot of it powered by the boutiques sandwiched between sushi joints. Very youth-focused, and skater-influenced. No. A has men's and women's clothing, with an emphasis on small labels. If they've got some gem from Europe that no one else in the US carries, they'll let you know.
